St. George - Memorial Day

We got there Thursday night and Steve and Sue came for part of the weekend also. On Friday we went to Gunlock in the morning and swam that afternoon, and that night Steve and Sue watched Gracie while we went on a date for our 4 year anniversary! We went to Anasazi Grill and took our 4runner on some four wheeling trails. On Saturday, we hiked the quarry, went to lunch with Dawson's grandpa, went to a splash pad, and went to dinner together. Sunday morning Steve and Sue left and we went to sacrament meeting and to Snow Canyon on a couple of small hikes, swimming that afternoon, and to the temple grounds that evening. On Monday we cleaned the house, went to the pool again, and headed home. Monday night at home we had a fire in our fire pit and made s'mores! I sure love my little family and was grateful for some quality time together over the long weekend.

Puerta Vallarta

The Unishipper's platinum trip this year was in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. We went with three other couples from Dawson's office along with a number of people from corporate and had such a fun time! We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva all-inclusive resort. We explored the town, went to Las Marietas - the "hidden beach", snorkeled, ate a lot of delicious food, drank a lot of virgin drinks, and spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach and playing in the water. We also celebrated Dawson's 26th birthday there!
