DIY Baby Tutu & High Chair Tutu

Supplies:
1. Tulle
3. Velcro Dots (for highchair tutu)
4. scissors

Instructions for baby tutu:
1: Measure around baby's waist to determine needed length for elastic band. Cut, and glue the ends together, let dry.
2. Determine desired length for the tutu. Cut tulle pieces that are twice that length, plus a couple of inches.
3. Fold each piece of tulle in half, put the loop (folded end) on the inside of the elastic band, facing down.
4. Loop tie each tulle piece around the elastic band by pulling the cut ends through the loop.
5. Keep doing this all the way around the elastic band until you have the tutu covered.

Instructions for high chair tutu:
Same as above, except measure around the high chair tray for the length of the elastic, and do not glue the ends together. Put velcro dots around the edge of the high chair tray and the opposite piece on the band part of the tutu so you can attach it and unattach it.

The high chair tutu added SUCH a fun touch to Gracie's party and cake smash!

Gracie at 1 Year

Gracie is a happy and energetic baby who loves to cuddle and give kisses. She waves and blows kisses, says "hi!" all the time, says "baby" and loves her baby dolls, loves the dogs, loves books, is standing up against things, loves naptime and blankets, and has 4 teeth. She crawls everywhere and gets into every cupboard or drawer she can open. She has been dancing to music. She is in the 2nd percentile for weight, 21st for height, and 81st for head circumference.

I can't believe how quickly this year has passed...and what an incredible year it has been! She has changed my life and I love her so much!
