In August, we hiked Catherine Trail in Little Cottonwood for family home evening. We stopped in a meadow and took a bunch of pictures, then had to hurry back to the car because it was beginning to rain, so we didn't hike all the way to the lake, but it was gorgeous! We saw three moose on our way out of the canyon and stopped at Hire's for dinner...that is my heaven right there, hiking in the mountains with Dawson and Gracie and then topping it off with the perfect burger.
